Financial Hardship Assistance

Are you experiencing financial difficulty?

Central Coast Credit Union will provide temporary assistance to its members who are experiencing financial hardship due to:

  • Unemployment
  • Illness
  • Reduced working hours, or
  • Any situation that has placed additional stress on your financial position.

Constructive approach

We will continue to work constructively with members who experience financial hardship and will try to assist members to overcome difficulties meeting their financial commitments.

Short term or Long term solutions

Your Credit Union will continue to consider longer term as well as short-term financial issues when they are relevant. If a member is experiencing longer term difficulties, we will try to develop an appropriate solution with the member to allow them to meet their obligations and improve their financial stability.

What you should do

No matter how large or small your problem may be, if you are concerned about your ability to meet your loan repayments with Wyong Shire Credit Union, you are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible.
